A regional match between Unión Deportiva Valterra and CD PDC ended in blows last February 15th. As reported by Lanzarote Deportiva, the Competition and Sports Discipline Committee of the Interinsular Football Federation of Las Palmas and the Sole Competition Judge of the Royal Spanish Football Federation held a new session to determine the sanctions of the last days.
Four players from Puerto del Carmen and three players from Unión Deportiva Valterra have been sanctioned after the clash they starred in more than a month ago in the field of Puerto del Carmen, Manuel Arrocha García, at 9:00 p.m.
As could be seen from the images and testimonies to which La Voz had access, at one point in the match, a conflict between both squads ended with several players exalted and even with aggressions between members of the fans and the players of one of the teams.
Specifically, the players B.C.C, from UD Valterra and R.A.V.S., from CD Puerto del Carmen, have received the most forceful sanction, with suspension for 13 and 14 matches, respectively.
To them are added C.G.B. and S.S.S.A., from UD Valterra, and S.A.Z., F.A.M.R., A.J.R.A., from CD Puerto del Carmen, who have been suspended for one match each.
