Movements continue in the first team of UD Lanzarote and the sports management continues working to create a squad with guarantees. The rojillo club has announced the incorporation of goalkeeper Alejandro Martín. The arrival of the new goalkeeper has meant the departure of Miguel, who has wasted no time in finding accommodation and on Monday afternoon he trained for the first time with Orientación Marítima
Alejandro Martín Méndez, born on April 24, 1990, occupies the position of goalkeeper and in recent seasons he has played in the lower categories of UD Las Palmas, entering several calls for the first yellow team. He trained in the lower categories of Estudiantes and in his cadet age he defended the colors of UD Lanzarote.
UD Lanzarote is waiting to obtain the transfer of Alejandro Martín from UD Las Palmas. Negotiations between the parties are very advanced and only the last details are being resolved, so that the goalkeeper becomes a new player of UD Lanzarote.
For the moment, Alejandro Martín has joined the training sessions of the first team of UD Lanzarote. The goalkeeper was under the orders of Quico de Diego on Monday afternoon. UD Las Palmas has sent a letter to UD Lanzarote, in which it authorizes the participation of the goalkeeper in the training sessions of the rojillo team.
Miguel signs for Marítima
The almost certain arrival of Alejandro Martín to the discipline of UD Lanzarote has meant the departure of one of its goalkeepers. After last Saturday's training, Quico de Diego informed Miguel that he was not counting on his services for the next season.
Miguel, goalkeeper who has defended the colors of the rojillo team during the last two seasons, has wasted no time in finding a team. Orientación Marítima has acquired the services of Miguel and the goalkeeper joined the training sessions of the La Destila team on Monday afternoon.
He is not the only player who has joined the discipline of Marítima in recent dates. Last week, midfielder Sergio Torres, from CD Teguise, and striker Miguel Yunes (Unión Sur Yaiza), were under the orders of Juan Antonio Machín.
Orientación Marítima continues to look for strikers to reinforce its attack line.
