The Municipal Javelin Athletics School celebrated its last training session of the season on Tuesday at the multi-purpose court in Mancha Blanca. The Sports Councilor, Vianney Rodríguez, accompanied the children and their parents, who exercised together in a final, more dynamic session with various games.
Around 35 minors have been part of the club, in what has been their first year of activity in the municipality. "The first year in Tinajo has been very good, entertaining and fun for the little ones, training, based on games, the different disciplines of athletics. They have learned from us and we from them," said one of the coaches.
The mayor of Tinajo, Jesús Machín, thanked the club for the "opportunity it has given to the little ones to develop this sports practice in the municipality. "Promoting and consolidating sports activities in Tinajo is one of our priorities," he added.
"Any sports club or school knows that they can count on our full support to carry out their activity in the municipality. Tinajo has excellent conditions for sports practice and we must value it," Jesús Machín emphasized.
The Councilor for Sports, Vianney Rodríguez, attended the training to thank "the excellent work that the club has carried out throughout its first year, where the little ones have been able to enjoy their passion under the values of companionship and effort." "Do not hesitate that you can count on me for everything you may need," concluded the councilor.
