Rubén Curbelo and Samuel Vega have won the last two events of the "Talleres Multimarca Enma" Promotion Championship and this coming weekend they will be looking for a good result in the XXXI Rallye Villa de Teror. The young driver from Lanzarote of the "Hamburguesería Cuco" team will be looking for his fourth victory of the season and to get closer to the top positions in the promotion championship.
Curbelo and Vega will compete in the XXXI Rallye Villa de Teror at the controls of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX of group N. This will be the seventh race in which Rubén Curbelo participates this season. He currently occupies second place in the "Talleres Multimarca Enma" Promotion Trophy, just nine points behind the lead. They arrive at the event very motivated and with the aim of being the fastest again in the Promotion Trophy.
The XXXI Rallye Villa de Teror means for the members of the Hamburguesería Cuco team one more chapter of experience. It is the first time that they participate in the Rallye Villa de Teror, facing completely unknown sections. One of the peculiarities of this race is the dispute of a 19-kilometre timed section, which can equal the fight with the most experienced in its category.
Rubén Curbelo commented that in this rally "we start from scratch completely, being the first with the Evo IX and the sections will also be new for me". The driver from Lanzarote assured that they will not risk "anything" and will focus on "the Talleres Multimarca Enma Promotion Trophy". "From the sections I can only say that I love them and that they are quite demanding", Curbelo argued.
