The Spanish Women's Under-17 National Team continues to prepare for the second qualifying phase for the European Championship. The Royal Spanish Football Federation has planned a small training camp that will begin on Monday afternoon and will last until next Wednesday. As usual, Sandra Hernández from Lanzarote has been called up again by coach Jorge Vilda and will be present at this training camp, which will take place at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas (Madrid).
Spain, after the good role played in the first phase, will face the second qualifying phase for the Under-17 Women's European Championship from March 24 to 29. In this second phase, the Spanish team will have Finland, Northern Ireland and the host France as rivals. Spain will be looking to be among the best and be able to access the final phase that will take place in June in Sweden.
Sandra Hernández from Lanzarote and Andrea Sánchez from Gran Canaria have been called up again by National Coach Jorge Vilda. These are two players who have become fundamental pieces of the Spanish Women's Under-17 National Team and in whom the coach has placed a lot of confidence. With respect to the last training session, held at the end of January, Tibiabin Pérez (Charco del Pino) and Nayara Aguilar (Unión Viera) from the Canary Islands will not be present.
