All participants valued the great organizational effort involved in holding an event of this type in Lanzarote, especially after the "sticks" still fresh in everyone's mind. Manuel Aviñó placed special emphasis on highlighting this work in his speech at the event. And in general, the predisposition of the institutions due to the importance of the rally for the island, which with its charming unique landscapes and spectacular gravel sections, form a very attractive cocktail for the participants, both local and those who visit Lanzarote as followers of the CERT or international drivers such as Yohan Rossel, a regular in the WRC who is making his debut in the RTIV24.
The president of the organizing committee of Evesport, Víctor Rodríguez, released with his words the tensions of the last weeks in the preparation of the event that starts its sporting journey this Friday, first with the tests of the main teams in the Famara section, north of Lanzarote, followed this afternoon with the reconnaissance of the secret sections.
Just as the presentation was taking place, the Naviera Armas ship docked with all the competition cars and assistance trucks of the main CERT teams, so Lanzarote is already experiencing the world of gravel rallies with an event that continues to grow every year.
From Wednesday night, the sections with their location, schedules, and safe areas to watch them are already published, both on the web and through the official magazine-FAN GUIDE, which has versions in digital and paper. It can be consulted or obtained at the rally headquarters in the AGH-Arrecife Gran Hotel.
