The Unión Deportiva Lanzarote midfielder José Jesús Lanza Morilla became a father for the first time last Sunday while his team was playing against Real Celta B in Vigo.

Alejandro, weighing 3.4 kilos and measuring 51 centimeters, came into the world last Sunday, February 5, in Córdoba, at one o'clock in the afternoon peninsular time, at which time UD Lanzarote and Celta B faced each other in the Municipal de Barreriro.

At the end of the match, with a 2-1 victory for Rojilla, Lanza, who already knew since the morning that his wife Erika had broken water, turned on his mobile to see if he had received any messages, finding four photos of his first newborn child.

As soon as he left the stadium, Lanza headed to Córdoba, where he is from, to be with his wife and son.

He will remain there until next Thursday after receiving the appropriate permission from the coach of Unión Deportiva Lanzarote, Adolfo Pérez.

The rest of the Rojilla expedition is scheduled to return to training this Wednesday starting at 9:30 a.m. at the Ciudad Deportiva Lanzarote.
