The young man from Conejero, Daniel, and the only Canary Islands driver, is facing his third season in the Spanish championship, with number 76 and representing BRP. He made these three days of very hard work due to the conditions inside and outside the sea and the very complicated cold, managing to be in third place in his GP2 category, obtaining a 4th and 7th place on the first and second day. To culminate, a second place to achieve a third of the test and a seventh of the total of 60 participants, just one place more than a world champion like Pastorelo.

Getaria (Basque Country) hosted for the third consecutive year the Basque Country, a world-class jet ski competition, valid for the European championship and the first of the year. Sixty teams with family and friends filled the historic fishing village of Getaria. The Lanzarote driver Daniel Hernández Padrón presented himself with a jet ski designed to navigate with the waves that

, 3 days with 2 tests per day between a distance of 75 kilometers each would reach about 450 kilometers in total, with four categories, two of motorcycles without Turbo and two with Turbo and more power.

In addition to having the effect of a DANA with rain and cold, but without those huge waves that only appeared on Sunday. The organization was perfect with all the institutions that this community has and the professionals that the Spanish federation has. The 60 drivers who came from different countries where the current world champions are French, were from Portugal, Brazil Daniel Hernández Padrón has maintained the smile with which he finished the previous season. It is no wonder; Despite his youth, the Lanzarote driver culminated his passage through the Spanish Powerboating Championship close to being champion in tests as complex as Circuit or Rally Jet GP2 Promotion.

In this third season his objective, with a little more experience, is the same, to be champion, which is not going to be easy considering how his direct rivals have rearmed themselves. To highlight in the test the young woman from Gran Canaria Daniela Herrera, who at only 21 years old was the only woman who participated in the test and managed to finish all the rounds, demonstrating that she is prepared to face all types of challenges.

Daniel is very happy and ready for the next one, which will be in Malaga in the Spanish championship that will be held on April 5 and 6.
