La Garita beach, in Arrieta, hosted the La Garita 2021 Skate Championship last Saturday, October 2, which took place in the Skate area of La Garita beach, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Three categories participated in this Skate championship: Under 12, Under 16 and Open, which had a total of forty participants.
The final classification was composed of the following participants: Under 12: 1st Abbie Burns 2nd Aimar Ruscio 3rd Val Zupancic; the Under 16 category ended with the following positions: 1st Naël Marra, 2nd Gael Morales and 3rd Naim Da Silva. Finally, the Open category had Bumer Benali as the winner, second place was Raúl Melián and third Kyun Park.
The championship was organized by the COJINETESK8 Skate school and the Haría City Council, with the official sponsorship of the Pampero Lanzarote store. The jury that decided the winner of the tournament was made up of Samuel, Andrés and Gastón.
