"Ana and Anne"

January 5 2021 (13:04 WET)

What @rtve did the other day was revolutionary and transgressive.

There was nothing to teach.

There was a lot to learn.

Two women, over 50 years old, ringing the bells.

Two women, over 50 years old, ringing the bells showing all the integrity in two pieces.

One, the deeply pained Spain, the other, the one that sustains and endures.

One reads the gaze, not the words.

And Ana's was a mixture between the discomfort caused by the instantaneous pain and the responsibility of knowing that also, within that pain, there is hope for the future.

Even if you don't have it, you have to give it.

That is generosity.

You can also read Anne's gaze of empathy. The sisterhood that her eyes proclaim with the warmth of her hands as a point of support.

The families that have suffered the cursed virus in their own flesh.

And those who look with respect at the suffering of others.

Growth for everyone.

Because here there are no sides.

Here there is a country that goes as one.

The bells opened what is... a year of hope, of more feminism and of learning.

May the pain of others make us more human.

There were no legs or necklines to show, we could only see the transparency of the soul.

That fills the eyes with empathy

And that.

Will always be a trend.
