The works that were being carried out in the attic of the Las Buganvillas shopping center in Arrecife, which corresponded to a future Japanese food restaurant, were paralyzed this Monday, after the capital Consistory decided to seal the construction due to the lack of necessary permits to carry out the works, whose construction had been taking place for two months.
"This construction lacked a license and for this reason it has been sealed, in compliance with the Law and to avoid the bad practices that are carried out in many constructions", declared the deputy mayor of the Arrecife City Council, Ubaldo Becerra, who explained that the work will remain paralyzed indefinitely after the detection of irregularities.
