The Tinajo City Council has put out to tender the provision of the supply and installation of street furniture on the urban roads of the municipality of Tinajo. The text of the contest explains that in Tinajo there is no tourist center considered as such, but that the tourist and accommodation offer is distributed throughout the territory, which requires continuous maintenance of the attributes that "make it one of the municipalities preferred by visitors to the island of Lanzarote."
The characteristics of the municipality require the administrations to take special care of the architectural elements that make up the urban landscape in order to not lose consonance with the natural environment.
Currently the environmental noise in the form of different models of street furniture, much located in the vicinity of natural spaces or of high historical value such as the path to the Caldera Blanca, the Guiguan Volcano or the Hermitage of Nuestra Señora de Los Dolores”. The base bidding budget is 286,422.73 euros including IGIC and the execution period is three months from the signing of the contract. The deadline for submitting offers ends on August 26, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (Peninsular time).
The mayor of Tinajo, Jesús Machín, invites “all companies in the sector interested to submit their offers. From the Tinajo City Council we seek to respond with this tender to the need for maintenance of street furniture on the urban roads of the municipality of Tinajo, always in accordance with the environment that surrounds them and the needs of each municipal enclave.”
