The Tías City Council has put out to tender two projects for the execution of works on the Los Fajardos road, in Tías. The first of these, for which the deadline for submitting bids is December 9, includes the widening and reinforcement of the asphalt surface between numbers 46 and 48, with a budget of 153,024.39 euros (taxes included).
This project, with a one-month execution period, includes the construction of a riprap wall to guarantee the structural stability of the road, as well as the widening of the asphalted platform by three meters.
It also foresees the construction of a concrete stone wall to improve the channeling of runoff water and the installation of underground pipelines for the municipal services network and low-voltage supply.
The second project, for which the bid submission deadline is December 24, is dedicated to the comprehensive action for the creation and improvement of a pedestrian path on the Los Fajardos road with the aim of increasing safety and accessibility on this stretch.
It includes site preparation, the laying of new pavement, raising existing manholes, the installation of new conduits (public lighting, telecommunications, and low voltage), and final signage. The base tender budget amounts to €167,497.89 (including taxes).
