The San Bartolomé City Council, through the Department of Economy and Finance, delegated to Andrés Stinga, informs all residents of the municipality that from June 15 to December 15 the payment period for the IBI (Real Estate Tax) for the year 2010 will be open on a voluntary basis.
Residents may split the payments of their receipts upon request. Those who wish to take advantage of this modality may do so by submitting the application at the Municipal Collection offices or by fax 928 521 263. Applications will be available to residents on the municipal website www.sanbartolome.es.
Payment may be made at the network of offices and ATMs of La Caja Insular de Ahorros de Canarias, pc caja at www.lacajadecanarias.es, at the network of offices and ATMs of Banco Santander Central Hispano and in Electronic Banking at www.gruposantander.es, at the network of Banca March offices and at the network of La Caixa offices.
Payment without surcharges during the voluntary period
Remind all taxpayers that once the voluntary collection period has ended without paying the receipts, it will be surcharged, as well as those people who for next year want to domicile taxes through a bank account that has a 5 percent bonus.
