The PSOE denounces that the Arrecife budget "is also manipulated in favor of the lies of the Canarian Coalition and the Popular Party", since "the technical reports do not account for any more payments for the Ginory, while Echedey Eugenio and Astrid Pérez continue to make new transfers directly to the property of the land, and hide that they are claiming another 5.7 million euros, in addition to new interests."

According to the PSOE, "the financial report that accompanies the budget of the Arrecife City Council specifies on page 7 the money savings that the city of Arrecife accounts for by not having to face the expenses foreseen in the payment plan, and it is that, literally, it is written in that report that chapter 3 decreases by 34.19%, mainly because there is no longer any need to face the payment plan established for Ginory." "It is a real joke," adds councilor Cristina Duque.

The PSOE spokesperson in Arrecife believes that "Echedey Eugenio and Astrid Pérez have completely lost their shame, after having transferred another 288,000 euros to the owners last February and knowing that they are claiming 5.7 million euros, they talk about the great savings that the city will have."

From the PSOE of Arrecife they believe that the mayor and her government partner "are constantly playing with the dates and with the concealment of information." "It seems that they are only looking for one objective: to transfer as much money as possible to the property without anyone finding out, making payments in secret, and processing documents when it suits them, hiding payments and requirements," criticizes Duque.

"Since the Canarian Coalition is in the government with the PP, everything is manipulation in the Ginory issue. The same thing happened at Christmas: first they voted against the urgency of the plenary session in which they were asked to freeze the millionaire payment, and then they secretly paid more than 22 million euros. Or even more serious, while Echedey and Astrid were talking about millions of savings, they were hiding the January request in which the property asks them for 5.7 million and new interests; as well as the new payments of almost 300 thousand euros," says Duque.

Finally, the socialists ask Astrid Pérez and Echedey Eugenio to "stop lying to the citizens and clarify what their true intentions are in the Ginory case."
