The Prosecutor's Office of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura sees indications of crime in the actions of the 'Sol de Otoño' nursing home in Tías, which starred in the latest 'Diario de' program on the Cuatro channel.
The Government of the Canary Islands placed the video of the program in the hands of the Prosecutor's Office this Tuesday and, according to sources from the Public Prosecutor's Office, after viewing the tape, it appears that there may be indications of a crime, so investigation proceedings have been opened.
On the other hand, Court number 3 of Arrecife, which is on duty, is waiting to receive the report made by the Civil Guard on the residence, to decide whether to also open proceedings. In the courts of Arrecife, according to judicial sources, several complaints have already been received from relatives of inmates in this residence.
