The Popular Party of Tías has expressed its "deep concern and discontent" over the repeated power outages that the Conil Teleclub is suffering during the festivities in honor of Our Lady of La Magdalena and the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Just 9 days after its reopening after a reform financed with 252,000 euros from the Cabildo's Cooperation Plan, "the residents find themselves with facilities that cannot guarantee a basic service such as electricity supply."

The PP of Tías considers "unacceptable that, after such a significant investment, the Conil teleclub does not have an adequate electrical infrastructure." For the populars, "this problem reflects a serious lack of foresight and poor management by the City Council, which has decided to invest the funds in superficial reforms, forgetting crucial aspects such as the expansion of power and the exterior electrical connection."

"This negligence not only affects this space, but is also evident in the Mácher teleclub, where its residents are suffering the same problems," the party says. "These power outages, in addition, are not only harming the town's festivities, but also generate damages and losses to the awarded company, which cannot provide its services with the necessary guarantees. We know that this situation is generating great discontent among the residents, who see how the celebrations are tarnished by a deficient management of the PSOE," they add.

Francisco Aparicio, president of the local committee, has spoken about it: "It is intolerable that a municipal resource in which more than 250,000 euros have been invested suffers from deficiencies of this type. We demand the government team to be more efficient and responsible when carrying out public investments of this type so that the quality of life of our residents is not affected by poor municipal management."

Finally, the PP of Tías demands the government team a "immediate and definitive solution so that the residents of Conil can enjoy the festivities without further inconveniences."
