The Civil Guard of Tías has arrested four people, three of them of Colombian nationality and one Spanish, as alleged perpetrators of a crime against public health in La Graciosa, Lanzarote.
Since the end of October, the aforementioned investigation group became aware that numerous small-scale drug sales, specifically cocaine, were being carried out on this island. After establishing an operation in Caleta de Sebo, it is confirmed that both in the home and in two premises run by R. G. H.T. of Spanish nationality, and where M.A., M.C.C.P., and H.C.P. all of Colombian nationality work.
The agents observe that numerous people come to these premises who, after handing over a certain amount of money to the person behind the bar, receive something in return, quickly leaving the premises without making any purchases. After requesting a search and entry warrant from the Judicial Authority for the home and premises run by R.G.H.T., three packages weighing 73.3 grams of cocaine, 1,615 euros in cash, a precision scale, a laptop and other effects are seized.
Proceedings were initiated that, together with the detainees and seized effects, were handed over on the 22nd to the Judicial Authority.
