The Cabildo of Lanzarote, through the Employment area led by Councilor Nerea Santana, has launched the 'Renueva y Despega' program, which aims to help SMEs and the self-employed "in these difficult times we are experiencing due to the coronavirus pandemic."
“This is a pioneering program on the island, of personalized guidance and support for small and medium-sized companies and the self-employed on our island, where they will be offered those competitive marketing and coaching tools that they need to enhance or reorient their business in the face of the new normality we are experiencing after Covid-19”, explains the Minister of Employment, Nerea Santana.
The institution details that 'Renueva y Despega' is "a project that fully empathizes with the difficulties and needs that many local companies are currently suffering, which are forced to close if they do not find solutions to their current needs." In this way, through the methodology of personal accompaniment and business coaching sessions by expert personnel, companies will receive training and new tools to face and manage change.
Revitalize or reinvent businesses
In this sense, the program will have four personalized sessions, three of them of coaching and marketing (practices) and an experiential session that will be carried out in the same business. Each company will receive personal treatment and will have an expert marketing coach who will accompany them throughout the transformation process.
“The objective is to analyze the current situation, and to know the strengths and weaknesses of each company to find short-term solutions that help them make decisions and have a broader perspective of the different options they have to revitalize or reinvent their businesses”, says Nerea Santana.
The 'Renueva y Despega' program will begin on September 16 and interested SMEs and freelancers can download the registration form on the Cabildo de Lanzarote website https://cutt.ly/QfbzfQH and send it to the email address areadeempleo@cabildodelanzarote.com.
Places are limited, so a total of 40 will be admitted in strict order of registration. For more information, please contact the Employment area 928 81 01 00, extension 2224.
