The San Bartolomé City Council has put out to tender the sale of 13 municipal plots in the industrial area of Playa Honda for a value of 5,715,716 euros, as stated in the BOP this Friday, February 24. María Dolores Corujo, Mayor of San Bartolomé, points out that "we will continue to improve the municipality, so if the sale of these plots materializes, we will continue to invest in projects that improve, among others, the conservation and improvement of the environment, public endowment actions, general systems and other activities of social interest, thus improving the quality of life of the residents of our municipality."
According to reports from the Consistory, "the contract will be awarded through ordinary processing, and open procedure, to the bidder who presents the most advantageous economic offer, or what is the same, the highest price offer." The specifications of particular administrative clauses and particular technical conditions are available to interested parties in the municipal offices in the Contracting Department of the San Bartolomé City Council, located on the upper floor of the Town Hall, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and in the contractor's profile on the website www.sanbartolome.es
According to the announcement published in the BOP, the deadline for submission ends on April 10, 2017.
