Perdomo: "Pedro San Ginés, accused of corruption and false accusation, lies again about Juan Manuel Sosa"

"It is surprising the vehemence with which San Ginés criticizes Sosa's payrolls when he has received public salaries for more than one million euros and has enriched his friend Ignacio Calatayud with more than two million," he adds

Benjamín Perdomo, current councilor of the Tourist Centers and member of the PSOE list to the Cabildo of Lanzarote, has responded to the umpteenth press release from San Ginés attacking Juan Manuel Sosa, reports the PSOE.

He has accused San Ginés of "making a deranged rehash of different reports, some of them more than a year old, to create a delirious story in which he twists the facts to eliminate any resemblance to reality," the party comments.

According to the socialist candidate, "Juan Manuel Sosa's situation is endorsed by the courts and the expulsion from the Coalición Canaria group is suspended, so he cannot be considered a defector, since he was never affiliated with Coalición Canaria and presented himself as a member of San Borondón," he confirms.

Regarding the continuous lies of Coalición Canaria accusing the councilor of charging irregularly, Perdomo has explained that "it is an issue already resolved": "The only controversy that has occurred regarding Sosa's salary focuses on which administration is obliged to pay it, never on the amount of his payroll or the right to collect it, and that is what the reports say, no matter how much Pedro San Ginés highlights the most technically complex parts with fluorescent to try to confuse," he comments.

Precisely in these reports, it is repeatedly stated that "Mr. Juan Manuel Sosa Rodríguez must continue in the situation of special services" and proposes "the correction of an internal error of the council, which had not modified the change of his condition from spokesperson to member of the government group, despite the communication sent by the councilor," he clarifies.

For Perdomo, the most serious aspect of this latest episode of "systematic lies" is the attempt to "pass off as news what is nothing more than the remission by the Government of reports that are more than a year old," he adds. "The Government has not commented on this, everything they had to say was said in Parliament by the councilors of Health and Public Function and the reports they have now received from the Transparency Commissioner, they had them more than a year ago."

Benjamín Perdomo has reproached Coalición Canaria for "lending itself to Pedro San Ginés' games by disseminating only mutilated information with the note, so that the dates of the reports are not appreciated and eliminating the information that shows that he is lying."

"He has received public salaries for more than one million euros and has enriched his friend Ignacio Calatayud with more than two million euros"

"In any case, it is surprising the vehemence with which San Ginés criticizes Sosa's payrolls when he has received public salaries for more than one million euros and has enriched his friend Ignacio Calatayud with more than two million euros of public money, according to the investigation," Perdomo concluded.
