The first deputy mayor and councilor for Tourism and Beaches, Parks and Gardens, Roads and Works and Agriculture of the Tías City Council, Mame Fernández, has apologized to the citizens for "not being 100%" of his activity due to "health issues."
In this line, Fernández wanted to publicly show his general gratitude for the teamwork carried out during this term. Mame Fernández dedicates words of gratitude and recognition to neighbors, colleagues and workers:
"I offer my most sincere apologies to the neighbors, the mayor and the government colleagues, my electoral list and the voters who helped me to be a councilor. I make a point and apart in active politics at the end of this term (2019/2023), but we will continue to contribute from outside to have a better municipality. I want to thank the trusted staff, Danesa, Domingo and Segundo, and all the City Council staff, as well as my colleagues from the government group and, especially, Nicolás and Pepe Juan."
The task "has not stopped being done in moments of physical absence, teleworking exists", and between the government group and the trusted staff, on a day-to-day basis, it has not stopped: "the only thing that has stopped being done is the photo, the personal publicity."
"It has been a great pride to be a councilor of my town, of my municipality, of Tías.”
