In the general elections of July 23, the Socialist Party was the most voted formation in ten Spanish provinces: the two from Extremadura, the four Catalan provinces, as well as Navarra, Álava, Seville, and Las Palmas.

By municipalities, all of them have towns or cities that mostly voted for the PP or other parties. However, there is an island in the province of Las Palmas, Lanzarote, where all the municipalities mostly trusted the Socialist Party.

Lanzarote is the only territory in the State where all the municipalities appear painted in red after the general elections that were held this Sunday. Curiously, there is another island in the country, with problems similar to those of the citizens of Lanzarote, where all its municipalities mostly voted for the PP, it is Ibiza.

In Lanzarote, Arrecife was the municipality on the island that most trusted the PSOE, which obtained 40.8% of the registered vote in the capital. The PP obtained half the support of its biggest electoral rival there. The third was Vox and Sumar obtained the fourth position.

The second municipality with the highest number of supporters for Pedro Sánchez's party was Haría, where the socialists obtained 35.2% of the votes. The PP obtained 21% of the ballots in the north. Coalición Canaria was the third force and Sumar, the fourth.

Next, San Bartolomé and Tías, where the socialists took 36.3% and 33.3% of the votes. The PP was second in San Bartolomé with 23.8% of the votes and came very close to the PSOE in Tías, with 31.8% of the ballots. Sumar achieved third place in San Bartolomé and fourth in Tías, while Vox was third in Tías and fourth in San Bartolomé.

In Teguise, the socialists garnered 32.7% of the votes, while in Yaiza they were 32.3%. In both municipalities, the PSOE obtained the trust of at least five percentage points more citizens than the PP. The third force in Teguise was Vox, followed by Coalición Canaria. In Yaiza, Vox also came in third position, while Sumar was fourth.

Even the residents of Tinajo, a historical stronghold of Coalición Canaria (CC) in its municipal dimension - in fact, it is the only municipality on the island where the second force has been CC and not the Partido Popular in the elections of this 23J-, mostly placed their trust in the PSOE for the Congress of Deputies, they were 28.9% of its electorate. CC obtained 22.9% of the vote. The third place was the PP and the fourth for Vox.
