The Haría City Council has launched the work of walling and conditioning seven unfinished bungalows in the Charco del Palo area, in order to guarantee safety, health and the protection of the urban environment.

The mayor, Alfredo Villalba, highlighted that this action responds to a neighborhood demand. “The bungalows presented unsanitary conditions that could pose a risk to public health and the safety of those who reside or visit the area. Our priority is to protect the well-being of the residents, while preserving an urban environment in optimal conditions,” he said.

For his part, the Councilor for the Environment, Marcos Lemes, explained that the walling of these unfinished buildings will prevent possible accidents and stop risks associated with this type of construction. “This is a preventive measure that seeks to ensure the protection and tranquility of all citizens,” he stressed.

The Corporation recalls that these actions are part of a comprehensive plan for the maintenance and management of public space, whose objective is to improve the quality of life in the municipality and guarantee the conservation of its natural and urban spaces.
