The Haría City Council has initiated the contracting process for the award of the cleaning, maintenance, and concierge service for the public buildings and municipal facilities of the municipality, through an open procedure subject to harmonized regulation.
The proposal, submitted to the plenary by the Mayor's Office, contemplates a total investment of 1,015,271.24 euros, to which are added 71,068.98 euros in IGIC, distributed in different annual installments between 2026 and 2027.
The mayor, Alfredo Villalba, highlights that this "represents an important step to guarantee public facilities in optimal conditions, both for municipal workers and for the citizens who use these spaces daily".
Villalba indicates that from the City Council work continues to improve "the quality of public services", reinforcing the conservation, cleaning and maintenance of municipal buildings with a contract adapted to the real needs of the municipality.
The initiative also includes the preparation of the tender documents for the particular administrative clauses and the issuance of the mandatory technical and economic reports before its final approval and the opening of the award procedure.
