The Tourism Councilor of the Cabildo of Lanzarote assures that he feels "very surprised" by the announcement of an indefinite strike notice starting on August 15. Notice that was presented by the Works Council of the Centers of Art, Culture and Tourism last Friday, since he understands that "currently, the scenario does not exist nor are the minimum conditions met that could justify the adoption of a measure of this magnitude."
For this reason, he has summoned the company and strike committees to hold a meeting this Tuesday with the aim of listening to all positions, exchanging opinions and clarifying any doubts that may exist about the points denounced by the Strike Committee in its writing. In the afternoon, at 7:30 p.m., Echedey Eugenio will hold a meeting with the workforce at the Farmer's Monument.
