The non-attached councilor and former member of the PP in the Arrecife City Council, Nayra Callero, has sent a new statement in which she ratifies her complaint against the councilor of Alternativa Ciudadana, Blanca Blancas, and assures that "illegal works" were carried out in her home in 2007. However, Callero does not clarify in this second press release why the name of the councilor of Alternativa Ciudadana did not appear in the file she referred to in her first statement, but rather that of a family member. Blanca Blancas assured that the license Callero alluded to "had nothing to do" with her and asked the councilor for a rectification and a public apology.

However, Callero has decided to ratify her statements and has insisted again that Blancas "has carried out illegal and illegalizable works with the current planning". In addition, she has attached aerial images in which Blancas' alleged house appears and in which she assures that "it can be observed that during the year 2007 she carried out works on her home".

Likewise, she insists that "these are not small-scale works", but that "as can be seen with the naked eye" in these images, "after the oven there are annexes to which a pergola is later added". "These works are illegal and illegalizable, since Blanca Blancas' house is located on land classified as developable, according to the General Urban Planning Plan of Teguise of 2003, which is still in force", says Callero, who also attaches a link to the municipal planning in this press release.

Even, the councilor of the group of non-attached members points out that Blanca Blancas "is again resorting to the game of confusion and misrepresentation by trying to evade her guilt on family members who may be in the same irregular situation as her". In this way, Callero alludes to the first file she referred to in a press release, and in which Blancas' name does not appear on the license, as demonstrated by the AC councilor by sending the entire content of that document.

Although she does not clarify anything about the real ownership of the house, or whether she is now referring to a different house, Callero insists in her statement that she and Blanca Blancas "are not in the same situation" regarding the works carried out in their homes. In this sense, she has defended that the works she carried out in her penthouse in Arrecife, and which were criticized by AC, are "in a procedure, which is open". "The revision has been initiated ex officio for the legalization or restitution of the legal order altered at the will of the interested party", she has affirmed.

For all this, Callero considers that "the double standard and the continuous recourse to lies" on the part of the councilor of Alternativa Ciudadana in Arrecife "has been more than patent and evident".
