The Public Sector Procurement Platform publishes the official tender of the Arrecife City Council inserted this Monday, September 29, the announcement of the Arrecife Mayor's Office for a new resurfacing plan, the fourth launched during this term by the Municipal Government led by Yonathan de León.
As detailed by the mayor, with this new tender for the Service of maintenance, rehabilitation and conservation of pavements of the Arrecife road network will focus on the renovation of the asphalt pavement of the streets in Maneje, Valterra and Argana Alta, neighborhoods "in which many of its streets have been without municipal works for more than 20 years, except those carried out in this term".
The Department of Public Works has scheduled an investment of 1,121,434.73 euros that will allow to renew the asphalt in about 50 streets, which will be added to another 150 actions that the City Council has already completed in these two years, giving a good change to the streets of San Francisco Javier, Las Salinas, La Destila, El Lomo, Titerroy, Altavista, La Vega, Argana Baja, Puerto de Naos, La Concha, and the center of Arrecife.
Yonathan de León has detailed that the Department of Public Works has made improvements in several streets of Valterra (a section of Extremadura street, the surroundings of the Fishing school, and El Claudiano street), Maneje (in the surroundings of the Cultural Center) and Argana Alta, such as the access road to the Municipal Cemetery, Trillo street and the accesses to the Animal Welfare Center, among others.
The Los Geranios neighborhood of Altavista and Tinasoria already have the improvements awarded where their resurfacing is included in the transformation works of that neighborhood, works that will be resumed in these coming weeks.
Companies interested in submitting to this new tender have until October 27 to submit the documentation and economic proposals.
