Lanzarote will enjoy the theatrical comedy QFWFQ, one of the best works of recent years, in which the playwright Julio Salvatierra, the director Álvaro Lavín and the companies "Teatro Meridional" and "Unahoramenos Producciones" for the Canary Islands have joined.
With Lavín himself, Marina Seresesky, Chani Martín and Elvira Cuadrupani as protagonists, and taking as a basis the "cosmicomics" of Italo Calvino, the work introduces the viewer to a series of imaginative and surprising stories.
It is not theater of the absurd or science-theater-fiction, but it is fundamentally humor. The play will be performed next Thursday, May 22 at 9:00 p.m. at the Insular Theater of Lanzarote. Tickets cost 10 euros.
Liveland, this Saturday at the Theater
In addition, this same Saturday, the Insular Theater will be a magical stage to enjoy "Liveland: the universe of children through dance", a luminous and colorful show by Tenerife Danza Lab and the Adán Martín Auditorium of Tenerife, which is created and designed for the youngest members of the family to have their first contact with the world of dance.
Directed by Helena Berthelius, with choreography by Tenerife Danza Lab, lighting by Miguel Ponce and music by Ponce himself and other artists such as Pascal Comedale, Barbatuques, Cliff Martínez or Antonio Serrano, "Liveland" is a walk through the children's universe and the world of dreams and imagination. "Five terrestrial and aerial dancers who with their bodies in movement take the little ones to places where everything is possible. A show in which you fly, laugh, experiment, snoop and dance. You dance non-stop", highlights the Cabildo.
