The "Pino" tides, known as such because they usually coincide with the festivity of this Virgin, are transforming the island's coastline in recent days and this week they are being felt especially in Arrecife, where seawater has even reached the streets.

Both on Tuesday and this Wednesday, the same scene has been repeated in the El Charco de San Ginés area, which has overflowed with the high tide. The highest point of the tide rise was recorded after 3 p.m. and the water has overflowed the walls, reaching the road.

The high tide has also left curious images on El Reducto beach, which recently premiered its new image with hammocks and umbrellas. In this case, the rising tide has "bathed" these elements, which have been surrounded by water until the sea has receded.
