The Colombian population of Lanzarote protests again for the situation in their country

A part of the Colombians who live in Lanzarote have returned to the streets of Arrecife to protest the situation in their country, where the protests against President Iván Duque's tax reform are leaving dead and hundreds of injured.

Since the demonstrations for the National Strike began, Colombians in Latin America, the United States, and Europe have joined the voices that reject police abuse, violence during protests, the assassination of social leaders, among others. A march organized by Asoincol that started at the Arrecife City Hall and ended at the esplanade of the Fairgrounds of the capital of Lanzarote.

In addition, at the end of the march, a posthumous tribute was paid to the victims who fell on the occasion of the declaration of the National Strike and a message of support to our young people, who are the future and demonstrating that they are the iron generation transforming the history of our beautiful land was sent.
