The port of Órzola began this Saturday, May 2, to carry out the first temperature checks on passengers arriving from La Graciosa or going to the eighth island. This measure has been taken because the eighth island is one of the places where the de-escalation is brought forward.
The Government Delegation has commissioned the Red Cross to carry out the controls. The volunteers of the NGO do it through wireless devices that measure body temperature without contact through a laser.
