The San Bartolomé City Council held an event to celebrate the Christmas lights taking over the streets of the municipality. In addition, as a complement to the traditional lights, residents will be able to enjoy a Nativity Scene in the coming weeks.
The mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Pérez, took the opportunity to remember that this time also means “a time of solidarity to bring out the best in ourselves.” He also invited all citizens to “enjoy every corner of San Bartolomé and especially the reunion with family and friends.”
The event took place this Friday, December 2, in the central León y Castillo Square, where attendees were able to enjoy the performance of Gloria and Inma Soriano and the San Bartolomé Choir. This lighting marks the beginning of the Christmas season in the municipality. A season that will also be full of activities and workshops designed to enjoy as a family.
