After the return of Easter and as happens every weekend, the natural spaces of Lanzarote receive thousands of visitors. In this case, not everyone complies with the restrictions to protect the environment nor do they pay attention to the signage that indicates what is allowed and what is not during the visit.

A video accessed by La Voz de Lanzarote shows how a tourist slid down a slope on the El Cuervo volcano last Saturday at 2:20 p.m. ignoring the signs that established the prohibition of leaving the path.

The environmental attack was committed at the entrance of this space, between the Timanfaya National Park and the protected area of La Geria, open to visitors through a free and unsupervised path

Currently, the island has only eight environmental agents of the Cabildo of Lanzarote to protect the entire territory.
