Nayara Iglesias was chosen this Saturday Miss Tinajo 2018 in a gala held on the occasion of the La Vegueta festivities. In this beauty contest, Arina Alonso was also recognized, who won the crown of Miss La Vegueta 2018, and Nerea Viñoly who became Queen of the Fiestas de Regla. On the other hand, the jury awarded María Martin the title of First Lady of Honor and Vidina Digala the title of Second Lady.

After the celebration of the contest, the residents of La Vegueta were able to enjoy a fair enlivened by the Mamboriko orchestra and the Naiyimbe quartet, within a festival that began on June 27 and will continue until July 15.,

The "AMAZING visual acrobatic show" will perform on the occasion of the patron saint festivities and the comic performance of Pancha and Servando, comedian from Televisión Canaria.

The La Vegueta festivities will continue and this Monday the mass and procession will be held in honor of Nuestra Señora de Regla accompanied by the Tinajo Municipal Band and the Timbayba Musical Cultural Group.
