The Mercedes Medina Díaz Association has announced once again its scholarships aimed at university students from Lanzarote for the 2026/27 academic year.
The scholarships are aimed at students from Lanzarote who have a good academic record, who justify a lack of financial resources, and who are going to undertake university studies in public universities throughout the state aimed at obtaining a University Degree. The terms and conditions are published on the Association's website.
The requirements to apply will be to be born in Lanzarote or reside for a minimum of two years, complete the application form and attach proof of residence, Income 2025 and other documentation indicated at the end of the application form.
The economic endowment will be 3,600 euros distributed in 400 euros over nine months, starting in September. The applications will be submitted by email asociació[email protected] between July 8 and August 8.
The jury will be composed of members of the MMD Association and two external members proposed by the Association. The decision will be made public at the end of August on the Association's website and in the island's media.
