Luna Zacharias from Lanzarote was unable to win the Masterchef 8 final and finished the eighth edition of the program as the fifth finalist
In the first challenge of the night, the finalists had to replicate a dish by chef Martín Berasategui, following his steps. A challenge in which nerves got the better of Luna, who did not manage to make a good dish.
The Lanzarote native did not have better luck in the outdoor challenge, which took place in El Bohio, the restaurant of chef and jury member Pepe Rodríguez. Thus, finally Luna Zacharias did not get the jacket for the final duel, which starred Ana, Iván and Andy.
Ana, the 24-year-old businesswoman from Madrid, finally became the winner of MasterChef 8, followed by Andy and Iván. However, Luna starred in one of the most anticipated moments of the program. And, after an entire edition where there was allusion to a possible relationship between her and Alberto, both kissed in the final.
