Los Yaiseros will be in charge of opening the 'Arrecife Carnival Comparsas Exhibition 2024' on February 7, as has been established after the draw held this Thursday among the participating groups.
After the Los Yaiseros comparsa, Sur Caliente will perform in second place, followed by Timanfeiros, Cumbacheros and, finally, the members of Guaracheros will perform.
The comparsas exhibition will undoubtedly be one of the most colorful and rhythmic shows of the program of events prepared for this Carnival by the Arrecife City Council, which is presided over by the mayor Yonathan de León, through the Department of Festivities, directed by Echedey Eugenio.
Little by little, some of the mysteries surrounding the capital's carnival program are being revealed, although in the coming days the full content of a festive program dedicated to the Far West will be announced, which will start on February 1 with the proclamation by Kike Pérez and end on the 17th.
"We want them to be very special festivities and, above all, we want to surprise those who participate in them," said Echedey Eugenio, who, like the capital's mayor, Yonathan de León, once again expresses his gratitude to all the carnival groups and associations that have made their contributions to make these festivities "the ones that Arrecife and the people of Arrecife deserve."
