Lanzarote has added nine positive cases of Covid in the last day, in which the active cases have risen again, standing at 86. In the last 24 hours only five discharges have been given.

According to data from the Ministry of Health, 177 tests were carried out on the island this Thursday compared to the approximately 250 that were carried out the previous day, after which 12 new cases were reported.

Now, with the nine positives this Friday, the accumulated incidence has risen, being 25.6 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days and 59.1 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 14 days.

In addition, it should be remembered that in the last day there has been one death on the island, which raises the number of deaths to 46 since the beginning of the pandemic.

As for the number of accumulated cases, it now amounts to 4,556, of which 4,424 have overcome the disease.
