Haría mourns the death of Santiago Perdomo, "Chago"

He was the announcer of the San Juan festivities 2021 and worked for decades in the Haría School Residence

The municipality of Haría is in mourning after the death this Friday, July 15, of Sixto Santiago Perdomo Pérez, known to all as "Chago", at 62 years of age.

"Chago" was a man appreciated and loved by the residents of the municipality, and he was known for being one of the workers of the Haría School Residence since 1985. In fact, Perdomo was a caretaker, teacher, secretary and even director of the Residence throughout the more than four decades at the service of education. 

In addition, "Chago" was in charge of announcing the San Juan festivities, in Haría, last year 2021.

The burning chapel is installed in the Haría Funeral Home, and the Funeral Mass will take place in the Church of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación, in Haría, this Saturday at 11:30 a.m.
