Fundación DinoSol, the entity through which HiperDino manages all its CSR actions, and Pequeño Valiente, together with the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands, will enable a room in the Doctor José Molina Orosa University Hospital of Lanzarote to develop the 'Family Rest Room' project.
The director of the DinoSol Foundation, Virginia Ávila, and the president of Pequeño Valiente, José Jerez, accompanied by the manager of the hospital, José Luis Aparicio, the head of the Pediatric Service, Concepción Pérez, and the architect responsible for the project, Belén Gil, visited this Wednesday morning the facilities in which this initiative will be executed.
The 'Family Rest Room' project arises from the need to have a conditioned room in hospitals, which provides the numerous families who come to the center daily with a space for rest, repose and disconnection. The works are expected to begin soon and last for three months.
The Family Respite Area is constituted as an initiative framed within the Humanization Plan promoted by the Ministry of Health of the Canary Islands Executive, through which it is intended that patients and their families perceive close attention and personalized care during any health process.
