The Yaiza City Council informs the families of the municipality that the CEIP Playa Blanca has opened the admission procedure for Infant Education students for the zero-year level corresponding to the 2025-2026 school year. The center offers a total of 16 places for boys and girls born between January 1 and July 1, 2025, distributed in two classrooms of eight students each.

The educational offer of the center includes Infant Education (from zero to 5 years) and Primary Education (from first to sixth grade), with a school day from 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. In addition, it has complementary services to promote the reconciliation and well-being of students, such as school canteen, transport, breakfast, early opening before the start of classes and late reception service.

The Mayor of Yaiza, Óscar Noda, celebrates the opening of classrooms for boys and girls from zero years old, since “it is an infrastructure that was conceived for this purpose and that will finally offer a service much demanded by southern families.”

The official calendar establishes the deadline for applications until June 30, time that families also have to provide the grading documentation, as well as complete and/or accredit the necessary data.

The publication of provisional lists is scheduled for July 4, after which the claim period will open between July 4 and July 8. The final lists will be published on July 11.

For more information, those interested can go to the educational center or contact the secretary's office at 928478587 or 928478712, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., or consult the CEIP Playa Blanca website.
