Salvamento Marítimo has intercepted this Saturday morning, November 7, a precarious boat with about 143 people, according to the Emergency Consortium.
Among the migrants are 10 women and five minors. All are being transferred to Puerto Naos in Arrecife where they will be attended by the Red Cross.
The inflatable boat was located about 46 miles northeast of Arrecife.
