After two years of legal battle, protests and rallies in Lanzarote, Ulises and Gloria have now launched an emotional video to continue trying not to lose the child they have been fostering for almost four years.

The little one came into their lives when he was only a few months old and since 2020, the legal battle began with the Government of the Canary Islands, which decided to give the child up for adoption, given the impossibility of his biological parents to take care of him.

"We must prevent the child from suffering", defend his foster parents, who insist that the biological family supports them.

To the request of Ulises and Gloria is added in the video one of their children, who also does not want to lose who he considers "his brother".

So far they have not obtained a favorable judicial response, but they explain that they have now appealed to the Constitutional Court and also to Europe, because they maintain that a new change of home would harm the minor.
