A Tik Tok user has published a video on social networks to complain that they have been "scammed in Lanzarote" when buying a ticket to Jameos del Agua.
The tiktoker @Beethoven_the_cat has pointed out that he has paid nine euros to see "Fantasy Island with a small palm tree." The user has described the pool, a work by César Manrique, as "a little pool" and has complained that "you can't swim. Go figure."
In addition, he added that "down there there is a cave with white crabs, which cannot be eaten", in reference to the blind crabs or jameitos, a unique and endemic species of Lanzarote.
He has also stated that "the first Canary Islander who enters my bar is going to get ripped off."
"There's nothing more, some little stairs and off to your fucking house. Long live Lanzarote," this user concluded.
