The animal association Ademal has publicly denounced the discovery of a dog in very bad conditions inside a container in San Francisco Javier, with a computer cable around its neck and with its legs full of blood.
“What kind of person throws a dog away just like that? What kind of psychopath is that?”, the association asks on its Facebook profile. The dog was rescued in collaboration with the Arrecife Animal Protection Center and the Local Police of the capital, and once assisted it was taken to a veterinary center.
In addition, Ademal has asked for citizen collaboration to find the author, whom they have described as “a monster”. “We don't even want to imagine how this dog lived”, they point out from the association.
Ademal has thanked the person who alerted the Police to the discovery of the dog, as well as the Arrecife Animal Welfare Center for its “valuable work”.
