The approximately 60,000 tickets for the four concerts announced by Quevedo as the start of his 'El Baifo Tour' sold out in two minutes at the box office, which opened this Thursday at noon amid great anticipation.

As confirmed to EFE by sources close to the artist, this development was anticipated due to the enormous number of registration requests accumulated in the days prior to access the presale last Tuesday.

Nearly 297,000 people, according to the same sources, tried to purchase tickets this Thursday for the Canary Islands artist's upcoming tour.

As indicated on his official website, Quevedo is scheduled to begin his tour on April 9 and 10 at the Movistar Arena in Madrid, and then move to the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona on July 1 and 2.

This same Thursday, Quevedo announced a third concert at the Movistar Arena in Madrid on April 11, and also a third and fourth date at the Palau San Jordi in Barcelona on July 3 and 5.

The organization has emphasized that this is the "peninsular" leg, leaving the door open for future performances in island territories, especially considering that the album that gives the tour its name is dedicated to the Canary Islands.

'El Baifo', his third studio album, received a great reception on digital platforms to the point that the 16 songs it includes debuted among the twenty most listened to in Spain.

In fact, 'La Graciosa' and 'Al golpito' remain at number 1 and 2 on the song charts, and the album has not moved from the first position since its release 7 weeks ago, even despite the historic residency of Bad Bunny in Spain, who follows him at number 2 after increasing his Spotify streams by 55% in this country.
