The actress and model Blanca Romero denounced this weekend through her social networks that the airline with which she was traveling to Lanzarote lost her luggage, where she had the dress with which she was going to host the New Year's Eve broadcast.
Just a few days before the start of the New Year from Lanzarote and simultaneously on the Cuatro and Telecinco channels, both from the Mediaset group, Romero has narrated her concern on her Instagram account: “The only suitcase that didn't arrive was mine (...) It's official. The suitcase with the New Year's Eve dress has been lost.” In one of her stories, she joked that she would wear a green sweater to the event.
The presenter Ion Aramendi connected live with the Socialité program to update the situation and added that "there have been certain problems with her suitcase apparently, but I think the look has been found", so the presenter would have been able to settle this problem.
Telecinco presenter Ion Aramendi and Blanca Romero will be in charge of hosting the New Year's Eve broadcast in peninsular time for Mediaset, while news presenter Ángeles Blanco and Ricardo Reyes will be in charge of saying goodbye to the year in the Canary Islands time.
For his part, Aramendi "is my first time doing New Year's Eve, the first time I've been separated from my family and my children. I'm super happy," he said live. Despite her inconvenience with the luggage, Blanca Romero has taken advantage of her social networks to praise the landscapes of Lanzarote and to joke with her more than 250 thousand followers, advising them to travel with reversible clothing to avoid inconveniences.
It is not the first time that a passenger on a flight between Madrid and Lanzarote has been left without suitcases, as La Voz de Lanzarote already reported, just a few weeks ago.
