A woman had to be rescued due to a knee injury in Papagayo. The incident took place around 6:50 p.m. this Saturday on La Cera beach.
An ambulance from the Emergency Service and the Emergency Consortium went to the scene. The healthcare personnel assisted the affected woman by immobilizing her knee due to a possible dislocation.
For their part, the firefighters placed the woman on the stretcher and, together with the healthcare personnel, transferred her to the ambulance and from there to the Molina Orosa hospital.
