The firefighters found on Thursday afternoon a deceased man in an advanced state of decomposition in his home in Uga, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
Neighbors of the man were the ones who alerted CECOES after not having news of him for some time. After the notice, agents of the Local Police, Civil Guard, a medicalized ambulance of the Canarian Emergency Service and the Emergency Consortium moved to the home.
Once at the scene, emergency personnel accessed the apartment through a sliding door that led to the terraces are necessity of forcing it. Once inside, the firefighters inspected together with the Civil Guard the apartment and in a bedroom, behind the door and on the floor, they located the deceased man and in an advanced state of decomposition.
